I have Wharf swallowing several applets and when it freezes, it will freeze randomly with some of the applets swallowed and some still in random locations on the screen.? When this happens, AS cpu usages soars to 99% and I have to do Ctrl-Alt-Backspace or "sudo killall afterstep" to kill it all and try starting up again.? This has happened in 2.2.8 and 2.2.9.? Anyone else experience this?? I can leave Wharf out of autoexec and never have a problem until starting or restarting Wharf, though it's AS that locks up using 99%cpu. I have had that problem; I am not currently having that problem. What I get is that the wharf won't swallow wmbiff on startup; if I manually kill the wharf and wmbiff, then start the wharf and start wmbiff from a terminal while the wharf is starting up, I get one wmbiff in the wharf and one not. Killing the one not and all is well, but I'd really like to know why it does that. -- Graydon
