[As-bugs] Pager problem with *PagerDecoration NoDeskLabel

  Pager is not working properly when "*PagerDecoration NoDeskLabel" is used.

  I'm using Debian's afterstep 2.2.4-1

  In order to reproduce the problem, use the "Legacy" look and create
  a pager file in .afterstep only with "*PagerDecoration NoDeskLabel"
  and restart afterstep. Instead of a transparent pager, a green
  background will appear. If you just remove the pager file in
  .afterstep and restart, the pager will work fine.
